2. Data we collect

Account data: e-mail address, name, preferred language, password (stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider).

Usage data: the field/niche you enter for analysis, the analyses generated, and technical identifiers (an anonymous cookie linking an analysis to your session).

Contract and payment data: contract and billing information; card data is processed directly by Stripe and does not pass through our servers.

3. Purposes

To provide and improve the analysis and services, manage your account, perform contracts and billing, ensure the security of the platform, and respond to your requests.

4. Legal bases

The performance of the contract between us, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, your consent.

5. Processors and hosting

We rely on carefully selected providers: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the European Union), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payment processing) and Anthropic (artificial intelligence analysis engine).

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland/the EU; these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

6. Retention period

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations (in particular accounting obligations), after which we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data and, where applicable, the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@suisseglory.ch.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, row-level access control at the database level, separation of roles) to protect your data.
